General Terms & Conditions

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. They may shift between the time you submit a bet and the time it is accepted. aces bet reserves the right to accept or reject bets at the updated odds.

Maximum Win Limit

Each game and betting market has a maximum win limit, which is shown on the game page. Any amount exceeding this limit will be automatically deducted.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aces bet. Violations may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system for unfair gain (bonus hunting).
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Prior to account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses), unless the funds are subject to forfeiture due to a breach of the rules.
